Files upload directly through Auth Hub grants and remain unavailable until a trusted clean scan result arrives.

Quarantine is intentional. Refresh status after upload until the row shows clean and available.

Files remain quarantined until Microsoft Defender reports a clean result.

Only clean files receive short-lived read grants. Quarantined and failed files remain blocked.
